on the original Pilates by Seed Studio.

My new home for the next year

Hello all, Glad to awake to lovely birds and view of Mountains.Teaching Tai Chi Chuan & 'Old style Pilates"at the Country Club and to other Pilates teachers. Hope to be teaching English at the Colombo Americano here in Pereira.
